At Kings Outdoor Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination project. If your fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
